Your information
Last updated: 30 October 2026
FleetTime is made by Daniel Jones trading as DesignWorks. DesignWorks is responsible for the personal information handled through this website and its enquiry and support services. Contact hello@design-works.org.uk about privacy, or support@design-works.org.uk for product help.
If you enquire, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, interests and message. We use them to answer you, discuss a possible project or software purchase, and keep relevant business correspondence. This may involve steps requested before a contract, performing an agreed contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and supporting customers.
The website and its hosting, email and spam-protection services may process technical information such as connection details, security logs and form submissions to operate and protect the service. We do not use enquiry details to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
The DesignWorks support portal handles client sign-ins, tickets, replies and the files you choose to attach. Use one ticket per issue. Please do not send passwords, recovery keys, full operational databases or unnecessary driver records. Redact screenshots where possible.
Closed tickets and uploads are reviewed after 24 months. Review does not mean automatic deletion: material needed for an active issue, contract, dispute or legal obligation may be retained. Other enquiries are kept only while needed for the enquiry, an ongoing relationship or relevant legal and business records. Ask us about a particular record if you need more detail.
FleetTime records are held in the workspace you configure. Using this marketing website does not automatically send your fleet database to DesignWorks. Any support transfer you choose to make should be agreed and limited to what is necessary. Your organisation remains responsible for its own operational privacy arrangements.
Essential functions may use cookies for security, account access and your saved cookie choice. The cookie controls describe optional categories where enabled. You can review or change your choice using the cookie control. Optional website measurement is paused for launch. If optional analytics are introduced later, the notice and cookie controls will be updated to reflect the services in use.
Hosting, email, security, enquiry and support providers help run these services. Information may also be disclosed when necessary for professional advice, an agreed service or a legal obligation. Where processing involves another country, the applicable transfer arrangements must be considered. Contact us for information about a particular service or transfer.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Some rights have exceptions, and we may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; we welcome the chance to address a concern first.
Contact details are needed to respond to an enquiry; without them we may be unable to reply or provide a requested service. This notice may change as the website or services develop. This page concerns the website and support service, not a certification of FleetTime or your organisation’s compliance.
